Spoke with the recruiter, then did a take-home math and logic test. Then had a phone call with a member of the hiring team. At the end I was flown out to the office and met with several team members.
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Bethesda, MD)
Interview
Lengthy interview process. After initial recruiter contact, there is an assessment (done as an excel file) then technical phone interview. The assessment and the technical screen is not difficult. As long as you pay attention to detail, there should not be any problem. On-site interview including lunch lasted from 10 to 3. Met with people with 1-2 year experiences all the way up to Assistant VP. Interview experience was nice and comfortable, but had the feeling that the company was trying best to cut cost.
Technical assessment, 1on1, and final round is talking to 4 people(manager/lead level) in a row. The test was easy, they also asked about some modeling experience, be prepared that you might need answer very detailed questions.
The first step is to fill in some pre-screen questionnaire. After that, HR will send an online assessment from SHL. The following processes include phone interview (30minutes) and onsite(4 rounds with different hiring managers)
