The interview process is simple, you apply online, you will receive an email about setting up a phone interview, then after the phone interview you will be asked to participate in a on site test about typing and quality skills. Next, you will do the role play. After that you'll be interviewed by the hiring manager and if she gives you the ok to shadow in the next building. You definitely have the job.

The process of the interview overall was incredibly detailed, but they looked over every aspect of your personality that would be needed to fit with the company. Overall, the staff was incredibly welcoming and great at helping direct me where I needed to go for the interview. I had never seen such happy people in an office before.
