G2IT PHP Developer interview questions

This was for a subcontracted government role. The interview process was pretty typical, 3 rounds in total. First was the recruiter, second was the project manager, and last was with the client. No real technical interview, more going over projects and technologies you worked with. I never heard back from them after the final interview, and I continue to see the job posted weekly. Clearly, they didn't find what they were looking for, but a simple "we're moving in a different direction" email would have been nice.
