Interview
The process was professional from start to finish. Communication was clear, and feedback was provided afterwards. The process began with an introductory call that focused on getting to know my potential direct report, followed by a second more traditional skill focused interview. A final interview was held by the director of the department.

Two scenarios were given to me an hour beforehand and I was tasked with providing a solution to them, before explaining my reasoning for the chosen solution.
3 rounds of meeting with a case study that push you on a realistic situation. 3 differents poeple in the 3 meating but not a lot of feedback especially about the esport part
