I was under the impression it would be a 1:1 interview, but it ended up being a group interview with about 15 other people. They came in and asked what position everyone applied for, which i thought was odd. You should know the people you offered to come into the interview and what it's for. It makes you look like you dont know what you're doing. Anyways, two manager came in and the first walked about the customer service role and how it was all cold calls and how "great it was" but if you didnt schedule 10 appointment in the first month theyd let you go. Then the other manager spent his time talking about how the customer service rep was a sure fire way to be broke and isn't the way to go and instead go door to door. He then continued to stare directly at me and go on a tangent about how women have the upper hand and persuade men to do whatever, and women always get more sales. It was very awkward, and i was very uncomfortable. They then separated the room by who applied for which role and if they decided to change their mind to go to the other side. I was the first to go back, and the actual interview he was just asking about my sales experience and told me I'd hear back in 3 days. It took over a week. I would never do an interview like that again.
