They conducted a 5-stage interview process, spanning approximately 20 days from the first to the last meeting. The initial interview focused on HR-related matters as they aimed to assess my compatibility with their company. The second stage consisted of a general technical conversation with the team lead, which went smoothly, and the interviewer was amiable. Following that, they assigned me a task with a 2-day deadline, which proved to be straightforward as well. The subsequent meeting centered on discussing the implementation details of the assignment. The fourth interview took place on-site with the business director. The fifth and final meeting was the offer presentation. Despite receiving a very low offer, I chose to accept it as money was not my top priority. I had already familiarized myself with the team and their technical capabilities, which influenced my decision. Overall, the interview process was comprehensive, covering HR, technical, and assignment evaluation. Although the offered compensation was not ideal, I felt confident in my choice due to the positive impression of the team and their technical expertise.
