Interview
The process was very transparent and well-organized. They did a great job communicating expectations and next steps. There were three interviews; the first was a introductory phone interview, the second was a technical portfolio interview over Zoom, and then a third Zoom interview which was mainly focused on personality & soft skills fit.

The interviews had more of a conversational format, with questions being generally related to past experiences (which I would imagine vary depending on their needs for the role & the interviewee's resume).

Interview
Interview process was very straightforward. After an initial phone interview I was invited to a portfolio review that lasted for about an hour. That interview stretched into a final interview in order to save time. It was a three-part process.
