Interview
The hiring process was lengthy, spanning 3 months and involving 5 stages of interviews with 4 different team members. Unfortunately, it culminated in a conversation with the CEO without receiving a job offer. This experience felt like a significant waste of time. Subsequently, I received a generic and unclear email from the hiring manager, indicating they wouldn't be moving forward. It's disappointing that after such an extensive and thorough interview process, this was the outcome. It raises questions about the level of consideration given or whether there was reluctance to advocate for my fit within the company. However, I view this as a blessing, as it revealed potential red flags about the company culture and the treatment of employees.
