Two Stage Interview, first with employees, second with principle of the firm. Pretty straightforward. First phase was more informal to see how I would fit in with the group, second was a review of my portfolio with the principal.

It was very fast. I went in for an interview, it went well. Mostly spent talking about the firm rather than myself. I went back in a few days later and got an offer. The boss was wearing sweats on "casual Friday"-- probably should have been a red flag.
