Very friendly and welcoming, but definitely misleading on how much “numbers” are a part of your job and how much your performance is just based on production. Was told these were just guidelines but there are multiple times a day you are required to go over numbers, meetings every week for 1-2 hrs if not more on the numbers, brief huddles every morning with NUMBERS…
