Interview
The interview was actually relatively straightforward and simple! The questions didn't take much thought, but I did prepare heavily beforehand. I had two interviews. The first one was a phone interview, and they asked pretty simple questions, with only one that took me a moment to think about first. The second was a bit more difficult. It was with 2 of the executive assistants at the company, and these questions were mostly situational.

First & second interviews: Tell me about yourself and your story.
Second interview: Tell me about a time that you worked collaboratively with others and it didn't go as well as you would have liked, and how did you solve that conflict?
Two interviews. One phone call interview, then one team interview. Got a sense that the company is rather young, but was not able to determine what daily tasks would be from the interview.

Interview
I sent my resume and cover letter over in early November for an internship in Spring. I heard back for an interview call a few minutes within my email. 2 days after my first interview (a 10-15 minute call), I was asked for a second interview. At this interview, I was also asked my availability and when I'd be able to start working. I received an offer 2 weeks after my second interview.
