The interview process took a total of 2 months. I had an initial screening and an interview with the hiring committee. I appreciated that they shared the questions ahead of time especially because they were very detailed.

What kind of email campaigns do you feel most comfortable with creating? What have you found to be the most engaging type of email campaigns?
I spilled on online. A phone screening and then a panel interview. The interview was really innovative and inclusive. They wrote the interview questions in the chat on zoom! I really like that!

Interview
Process included initial phone screening followed by 1st and 2nd interviews. Person interviewing was extremely professional, nice and straight forward. I really enjoyed our conversation and got a great vibe for the organization. Ultimately I did not have the specific experience they were looking for.
