Interview
The "interview" was not even an interview. It is a group intro session and you do not even need to on your mic or camera. The person just introduce how they will let you do a number of tests (that are guarenteed for you to pass) until one of the later tests that requires you to trade with your own money and make a 100usd profit within 100 trades risking less than 1% capital for you to pass. This will occur over a period of 3 months.
The HR team is very irresponsive, the supposed weekly lessons to prep you for the 100 trades sometimes do not even happen and the teacher or the HR person do not reply you until the day after. There are numerous occasions that I question myself if this is a scam.
I am currently struggling with this most recent test.

Its normal, not too eccentric, very straigthforward very formal, very informative and to the point, provides enough information for the job offered. Overall not too bad, feedback is accepted staff is also friendly
