The first phone interview was with the recruitment department for about 5-10 minutes and the questions were very basic to understand my knowledge and fit for the position. The person who called me said, if I get through I will get a call for the second interview or an email will be sent if I don't proceed to the next round. This happened in March, and now it’s the end of May, but I still haven’t heard from them — neither a call nor an email. I believe as an established company they should have a more effective interview process without keeping the candidates waiting for this long. I have also seen them advertising the same position again two times doing few changes to the job description.
