Flynaut interview questions

Applied through Linkedin, they messaged me and gave requirements for a app and asked to create a sprint plan, I created sprint plan, which they liked and after 2 weeks they gave me an offer. After joining I came to know that based on plan I gave they have already started working on it 2 weeks ago and now they were having issues with my past experience as consultant which I already cleared in interview. Other than this I noticed there was no proper induction done, hardly any details about leave policy. The company seems to be scam, it is scamming people by giving tests in the name of interview and also the clients in US by not providing what they promise initially for app development, there have been multiple complaints of salary been delayed.
