Flux Games interview questions

Applied through online and was asked for an interview for a different position a week later. Then an interview with the HR Manager. This was my second interview with the company, this time I was offered a lower amount than the first, in addition to the position requiring more responsibilities than the first and was the same salary they offered for a developer I trained.
