The interview process was in-depth and thoughtful. I interviewed with 5 different stakeholders over multiple calls and meetings. The only thing I would change: the reference checks were outsourced to GoodHire and this 3rd party company is not equipped to do proper reference checks. This changed after I started the position. Reference checks are now done internally by the appropriate stakeholders.
