Easy intro and interviewer was asking myself about my experience but then we figured out that they can not provide sponsorship so this was a quick end. But everything was very polite.

Takes the cake for the most unprofessional, disorganized interview experience I've ever had.
The head of talent reached out twice to schedule interviews, rescheduling both multiple times without any communication. When I showed up to each Zoom meeting, she simply never arrived -leaving me waiting with no explanation, acknowledgment or apology. Weeks later, I finally received a rejection letter. No accountability, no professionalism. Just red flags from start to finish.

Interview
I went through a four-stage interview process consisting of:
1. Online culture fit assessment
2. Call with Head of Talent
3. Call with potential manager
4. Call with HR
After completing the above stages, I received no follow-up or communication. Being left without any form of update after a process of this length felt unprofessional, particularly given the time and effort expected from candidates throughout.
While the team spoke a lot about culture and values during the process, the candidate experience did not reflect the same level of consideration or professionalism. The process itself was thorough but at times repetitive, and ultimately lacked basic closure.
This experience gave the impression of a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where internal priorities may outweigh respect for candidates’ time.
Advice to management:
Ensure candidates are treated with the same level of professionalism and communication that is expected internally. Even a brief update or outcome following later-stage interviews should be standard practice.
