      Executive Interview

      23 Mar 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Flexsin

      Interview

My experience with this company’s hiring process was highly unstructured, time-consuming, and unprofessional. I went through four interview rounds plus multiple tests, only to be left hanging without clear communication. Despite being upfront about my salary expectations, HR later claimed they were unsure due to budget concerns—something they should have clarified earlier. After ghosting me for a while, they called me for a "final discussion," which turned out to be yet another unnecessary interview. The HR Head was particularly unprofessional, asking irrelevant and condescending questions while trying to act superior. Overall, the entire process lacked respect for the candidate's time, transparency, and professionalism. If this is how they treat potential hires, I can only imagine how they treat employees. Would not recommend.
