Recruiter reached out to me before hand. After I responded, he gave me an interview link to take within the next 2 days. It was a one-way interview that you record your responses yourself.
2 round. first one is phone interview, hr asked about your background and introduced their company. Second one is video interview, you need to record a video answering their questions.
