Pros
A few basic questions about me, my previous experience, and payments. The interviewer was very pleasant and we had a good 90 minute conversation.
Cons
No questions about investing. The interviewer was unable to answer any of my questions about the existing investment strategy and brushed it off as "We're not that sophisticated right now but we're hoping you can help with that." Basic hedging and liquidity management didn't seem to be in place. The basics (IPS, inflation hedging, liquidity management, etc) did not seem to be in place. No offer received and the role was advertised again a week later. When I requested feedback the contact went out of their to refuse to provide feedback in an exceptionally rude manner. Honestly, glad I dodged a bullet here.
