Simple screening phone call ~15 minutes to discuss more about the company mission followed up by a ~30 minute virtual 1-on-1 meeting hosted by one of the hiring managers/leadership members of the staff.
In my opinion the interview process was quite lengthy. I did a total of 3 interviews after the initial screening call. When all was said and done it took about 2 months before they had a decision.
