Financial Risk Solutions Implementation Consultant interview questions

I had problems organising an interview with this company as they postponed the hiring process for two months (!) in between the testing and interview stage. I was finally able to organise a first-round interview over video-call. (My schedule couldn't accommodate an in-person one.) The interview was somewhat casual, and seemed fine. It has been two months (again!) since I heard anything from them, and the recruiter who put me in contact with them hasn't heard anything in two-and-a-half weeks. Why are they bothering with this? It's extremely disrespectful.
