I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Finalsite in Mar 2026
Interview
I participated in a complete three-round interview process with this company, including a final director-level round. During this time, multiple HR representatives were changed. Once the process transitioned to the Indian HR, the delays became significant. After the technical rounds, I waited three days without any update and had to follow up with the previous HR. Only then was I told that the HR had changed, and the new HR took over. During this conversation, I was asked about existing offers and salary expectations. I shared my expectation which was noted as above their range, but they proceeded anyway. The next day, I had my director’s round, which went well. After two days, when I followed up, the HR mentioned that the round was good, but they were awaiting complete feedback. After another three days, when I asked again, the HR told me openly that another candidate was being interviewed, and they would decide after that. Essentially, my candidacy was delayed due to my salary range. Finally, a couple of days later, the HR casually informed me on WhatsApp, not through official channels, that the role was on hold and there were internal delays. Today, when I asked again, I was simply left on read. The entire process lacked transparency and professionalism, leaving me in limbo throughout.

Interview
I did a screening first with HR, then hiring managers interview was next. then the director of Professional Services was the final round. overall it was pretty straightforward and very on par with other companies.
5 interviews a little extensive. Communication was good, but feedback would've been appreciated. I made it through 4 rounds including the phone screening, the company ended up taking another route for employment.
