Interview
Not going to lie- I was intimidated and almost canceled the interview based off of other's reviews, but I went ahead because why not? Being scared to do something is even more of a reason to follow through with it .
And it was actually the best interview I think I ever had? Swear on my life. We quickly realized that the job wasn't a fit, but the CEO gave some wonderful advice and even offered to help me in connecting me to a good job fit.
I can see how people might get offended, if you been in an environment that sugar coats their words- you'd default to taking her words personally. Having worked in an agency before, I know she's just straight forward, which I appreciate more than someone being faux-nice.

Interview
They booked and interview with me for a time I wasn’t able to go. I tried to talk to them to get another interview time and they just cancelled the interview without writing back to me. This showed me how much they care about the people they are hiring and their employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth & Cor in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview included a short screening call with a recruiter and then a video interview with upper level management, including the CEO. Their CEO was downright rude, short and impatient and asking either overly broad or very complex questions while offering little to no clarification. The job posting did not mention how many years of experience they desired or any concrete skills or knowledge required, but during the interview it became clear they were looking for a very specific, highly experienced individual rather than someone entry level. Overall, their interview process gave me the impression that they are a difficult company to work with and that their teammates lack manners.
