Assesment interno con una modalità totalmente fuorviante, troppe domande in troppo poco tempo; parte di verbal infattibile per i tempo dato a disposizione; parte di logical migliore, parte di matematica tosta ma fattibile

It was a three stage process. 1) There was an online application and then I received an OA to complete. The best way to score high in these is to practise them. 2) First Round interview, very quick. The interviewer asked me only three questions, but I heard others get asked more, harder questions. 3) Final Round interview. From 10-2pm. It was disorganised at times, times changed quickly without warning, and there was a large portion of waiting. First interview was a 45 minute interview with a senior employee, who asked eight competency questions based on Fidelities values and the requirements of the role. He explained that this was a 5 point system, and he would rate all my answers out of 5 depending on how I answered. We had 50 minutes to look over a document alone, then discuss in our group for 15 mins before getting interviewed and asked questions on the document and group discussion after (45 mins).
