I have been working at Fidelity International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are lots of pros at faking actual talent and the have settled in like ticks on your dogs ear for the long haul. If you want to learn this dark art and dispense with integrity and ironically fidelity then this is the place for you.

    Cons

When you see comments like ‘ I have no cons ‘ or ‘not a con as such’ at least we know HR completed a new fake glass door review and as such did some er ... work. Horrendous place to work, depressing and false, full of fake rubbish like signs on doors with guff statements like ‘we thrive on teamwork’ or other equally meaningless nonsense. Stand on teammates necks more like. Avoid this place, life is so much more... important than putting yourself through this version of hell on Earth, so don’t.

I worked at Fidelity International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible working, people were all friendly. Location Social life

    Cons

Long hours, poor tech, not very family friendly. Some teams very understaffed doing long hours other teams seem to have a lot of capacity.

    Advice to Management

A lot needs to be done to support employees mental health. Lots of serious incidents reported to senior management with little or no action.

I have been working at Fidelity International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Location, Car Park, Work Colleagues, private Health care

    Cons

Ignore the 5 star reviews, they’re intentionally added by management to up the grading of this shambolic company. You only have to read them to know they’re all very alike, believe me this place is so badly run in Dublin. Leaderless, rudderless. Absolutely no care or attention given to new staff, training non existent. This place had a great rep 2 plus years ago when it expanded but it clearly attracted management... not capable of doing a job anywhere else as the place is like a mad house. No one has any clear insight as to what they’re goal is, no one is given any clear goals, this is a clever ply as management use that tact to fall back on. I could go on and on, just believe me, stay away. The turnover is terrible in the place also. Expect a mass exodus soon, as the majority of people from the expansion hit the 2 year mark will be able to leave with their pension.

    Advice to Management

Need to hire management capable of managing a very highly skilled staff, ditch the new micro management approach, causing the mass exodus. HR are shambolic, they’re having a ball doing sweet FA.
