There are 3 steps of the interview process. The first step is with Human Resources, then technical interview with the QA Lead/s and lastly with the General Manager. For the 1st step, it was the usual HR questions. For the 2nd step, there was a short exam followed by a technical interview asking about your technical knowledge. Lastly, the GM would ask questions to see if you fit the culture.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Feil, Feil & Feil
Interview
Fair and straightforward. The interviewer was brief and asked very relevant questions. It felt more like a conversation and helped me relax. Only the director I was supposed to report to interviewed me then I was to later report to the HR Manager.

Question 1
Why do you want to work here and what do you expect from us.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Feil, Feil & Feil (New York, NY)
Interview
Same day written exam, technical exam and hr interview. There were 2 HR interviewed me but the other HR distracted me because she was just using her phone and not being professional (red flag).
They will give you a take home exam to test your skills and knowledge.
I spent one week to finish the project. They told me that they will give me a feedback after 2 weeks after my submission. But, I received a feedback from them after almost one month (red flag again).
After almost one month, I received a feedback from them that I passed the exam but there was no available position (disappointed).
They were not transparent in the first place and did not discuss that there was no available position. I asked them already with their recruitment process during HR interview but they did not mention that there was no available position and for pooling only.
