FedSync interview questions

It was a phone call. I was given a run down of FedSync and government contracting. I was then told more about the position itself and was asked about my various experiences with softwares and programs and rate myself on a scale. i.e How familiar are you with using Microsoft Word? Scale of 1-5, 1 novice, 5 expert.
