Recruiter video call screen, then an hour long interview with 2 ICs. Both were easy, no coding problems, just behavioral questions and a few brainteasers. You have to take an IQ test before the main interview.

- Initial Screening: 15 minute call to verify you can relocate as needed.
- Behavioral Interview: Basic OOP questions, re-emphasis on if youre willing to relocate, team and customer-facing behavioral questions.
- Technical Interview: Interview with an Implementation Consultant. Iq test, psuedo-code activity, logic questions. Explain resume experience and answer any questions you have.
