I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fashion Nova (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
The first interview was with a recruiter who was super bubbly and sweet. I felt that conversation went well but the follow up was with a manager who was very short and came off as rude. I would maybe recommend that the manager be the last part of the interview process so that he doesn't turn great candidates off too early in the game.

Application
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fashion Nova (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
The initial call was with a recruiter and the second meeting was a zoom with the hiring manager. The first interview was easy but the second one got a lot more in depth about the role so I would recommend that the first interview be a bit more informative so the second interview goes more smoothly.

Question 1
They asked how many employees I previously supported and they had me describe my previous work in depth.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Fashion Nova (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruited through LinkedIn about a couple Human Resources positions that were in the process of being created. The recruiter was super enthusiatic about Fashion Nova and spoke highly of the upcoming changes that the new HR team was bringing to the company. I had the opportunity to go to the office and interview with a few of the team members. Before even leaving the building I was told by the recruiter that I was their top choice and that I would be contacted within a week with "good news" and more detailed information about what the position would actually be. The follow-up process was disappointing; there was no real update provided and I never heard back from the recruiter after reaching out a second time.
