I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Farmbro (Mississauga, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
Scheduled for 30 minutes on a video call. First 8 minutes was to collect my information (do i have a car, valid licence, SIN number... nothing about my education, or experience.) Following 12 minutes was him telling me how great the job is. Before COVID they had pizza parties on Thursday after work once in a while. he told me the school asked him to take on more students because they do so well in the field after working there. He then asked if I had any questions. Later I found out that he was impressed and wanted me to come in for a second in-person interview... for $16/hour

Question 1
literally the only question I was asked aside from confirming info regarding my ability to drive and legality of being allowed to work in Canada, was if I had any questions. I did not.
