Interview
Spoke to three employees; executive level, site director and a liaison via Skype for a full hour. They were very nice but hard to read. The one who drilled me the most hardly smiled the entire time. He would ask a question and just stare at me while I responded.

What are the benefits and challenges of working with in your respective city? I think they also asked the benefits and challenges of funding.
