Beyond the basically screening, the technical interview consists of an extended technical assessment followed by an in-person group interview. Given the content of the assessment is directly linked to their active technical projects, there's no guarantee the applicants' responses won't be used to help them develop and solve problems free of charge. Will give them benefits of the doubt but this will inevitably come across the minds of all the applicants. That aside, the team is technically proficient and knowledgeable, though the subsequent interactions with key personnel left me concerned with overall management style.
