Had a quick 30 min chat with HR over the phone - explained what they were looking for - this was during Covid - wasn't a good fit, but they are looking for a lot and with a low pay grade.

All interviews were on zoom. The link was easily accessible. First interview was with HR second was with my direct report and third was with a higher up. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, easy process and heard back soon with companies decision
