Interview
First HR Initial interview, HR will ask general questions and will check if you are fit to join the organization.
After 2 days, Technical Interview. There will be panel of interviewers that will check your technical skills.
After a week, Client Interview. This also is a panel interview but with the manager on the client and some members of the team. This also includes technical interview.
Then after 2 days, Job Offer.

Ask about SQL queries based on particular scenarios
I applied online at FPT software. I saw their ad at linkedin and submitted my application.
After few days or a week, their HR recruitment contacted me. We had one skype call and few conversations via skype chat. Then I was scheduled to have a skype interview with one of their technical lead. It went well.
Few days after, I received an offer. It was a very smooth interview process. They are nice too!
