I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FDM Group in Jan 2016
Interview
First stage: Phone interview. The questions are written in the website.
Second stage: Assessment through various test
Third stage: Face to face interview
There's training allowance, about S$2000/month. Upon completing the training program, the salary is about S$3700/month.
I believe I annoyed the interviewer by asking too many sensitive questions.
The interview was an online interview with one trainer who was simply asking very basic behavioural and situational questions. You can expect role specific interview if application is for a specific role. My role was not techical so questions were about education, past experience and client communication and financial knowledge focussed.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself?
Your biggest strength/weakness?
What do you know about KYC?
Impromptu phone interview. Then a scheduled zoom/teams interview with recruitment team. An on-site interview with 3 sessions: group discussion, individual interview with account manager, a simple technical interview designed for non-technical background people.
simple. screening call and then panel style interview and then separate interviews with 3 different account managers. all kind of asked questions you'd expect, just do research on fdm and the stream you are being interviewed for and you'll be fine
