Eyeline interview questions

They wanted to schedule a online interview ASAP, so the recruiter randomly assigned me on the next day, but the time was negotiable, as the interviewer wanted to schedule it ASAP. Took around 30 minutes, pretty normal, started with introducing myself, and asked additonal questions about how I worked in my previous workplace. Ended with any questions i had. One thing is that there was supposed to be 2 interviewers, one head of department and one recruiter. But the recruiter didnt show up so it was just an one on one interview.

The initial interview with the in-house recruiter went really well, they were very friendly and communicated excellently. This motivated me to go ahead and do a project which was a full week of work which I submitted. I was not selected for the role. However despite the promise of a bespoke critique of why I wasn't offered the position, it never came and further requests were ignored. The turnaround on this considering the amount of work submitted felt quite disrespectful.
