Group interview. Asked why we are interested, a time when customer service was presented well, a time when customer service was not good. The interview was not intimidating, it felt very relaxed and comfortable.

multiple people in a room at once all asked questions. Easy process. Everyone was able to answer the questions and give their own views on their work ethics. Definitely a friendly environment.
Easy... one interview, basic questions, just need to be on time, dressed and put together well and be polite and you will be fine. Have an open availability because duh it’s retail
