My interview process was very overwhelming to say the least. Upon coming in I was greeted and told that my interview will conduct shortly. Afterward, I was told that it will be a group interview and I never experienced that before.

What type of experience do you have prior to applying for this position?
It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.

Interview
It was quick and expected. Much like the standard interview for these types of jobs. I was greeted, felt welcomed and was able to ask questions. I wish I would have gotten a call back,
Group interview where one of the managers picked one or two of us while sitting in a group of 6 to answer questions at a time. Basic questions like how would you respond to a customer or what is a style recommendation.
