I turned the position down mid-interview because it seemed so suspicious. The listing and initial screen give the impression that you'll be assisting a team with marketing and sales, while claiming that you will be paid hourly. The second round on site doesn't exactly agree.
They claim that they want to fast-track you for training in an "executive manager" role with a $150k salary, all in under a year. In exchange, you have to be paid fully by commission, with no benefits, and work 6-day workweeks, 8 hours a day. Your "performance" will determine whether you succeed and how quickly. Your task: to upsell various devices and add-ons to people who are applying for a Lifeline phone plan... people who are living near or below the poverty line.
The interview questions weren't too imposing overall, but they gradually learned closer to a "grindset" mentality as time went on.
