Interview
I had a really positive interview! Had an initial call set up with Lewi, told him about my background then he told me more information about the company and I could sense it would be a good fit culture wise. Had a final interview with my managers where I did a quiz and then told them about myself and experience. The interview was straight forward, conversational, I could sense the team was very professional but also very human and funny.

Interview
The interview process was very straight forward and efficient but thorough. There was 2 stages: A screening call with the HR contact lasting around 30 minutes and then a call with the same person and the Hiring Manager, involving a presentation prepared in advance as the task followed by competency based questions, then a chance to ask them questions. This lasted for about 75 minutes, and it was the final stage before receiving an offer. I'm not sure if this is the standard process in every scenario or not however.

The interview process was smooth and well-organised. Communication was clear, and the team was lovely and friendly, questions were fair, process was transparent from start to finish. Overall, a positive experience.
