Interview
The process was pretty straight forward. First of all a classic one-on-one with the lead architect, discussing my previous experience and them sharing info on their work as well.
Next, a little challenge project, creating a VR sim from a previous event they did.
After that, the proposal was made.
All very clear and transparent, good experience.
