Interview
Apply online and get called in for an interview at the Monterey Park location. Dress accordingly and answer to basic customer service questions and went over some mandarin phrases to test proficiency.
An employee took us through a room and we were given instructions for how to set up and giving hints. We had to go back to the rooms after he was finished and put the room back together as accurately as possible.
