1st- Zoom interview with external talent acquisition - Strengths & Weaknesses - Where do you see yourself in 5 years 2nd Interview- Zoom interview with HR & Team member Similar questions, bit more in depth and a get to know you aspect and seeing if you would fit into the culture. At this stage, an assignment is given to you to complete. No indication of what route they want you to take or how long to spend working on it, personally I spent 3 hours researching and completing it. - 3rd Interview- In person with same Team member + Co founder. Pleasant interview, mostly dedicated to talking about the assessment and asking why you answered everything the way that you did. Overall, not a bad interviewing experience, but I put a lot of work and time interviewing and the assessment so when I received the rejection email, I asked for feedback and didn't get a response- which would have been helpful for future interviews.
