There was 4 rounds for the position of UI/UX Designer - Team Leader. 1 - Technical Round : Senior person was highly talented in the field and I got many new things to learn in technical round. It was Good! 2 - Practical Round : The task given was quite interesting, as I can assume that company is having interesting projects to work on. They have given me 5 screens to design with proper user experience with no time limit. 3 - CEO Meeting : May be, as a team leader I might have to face CEO round. He is very humble and got positive vibes. He asked me about the team handling and overall issues which every designer faces in employment. CEO is having a top notch knowledge in the industry. Very Good Personality. 4 - HR Round : At last, the HR round. where HR discuss about company policies and other things like salary negotiation and more. She is also quite humble and very good at negotiation. Finally we done with an offer which is suitable for me and management both. Joining from next week!
