Interview
It was a phone interview. The person conduction the interview asked questions about my previous job duties, how long I was in the position and where I see myself in 5 years.
The interview is mostly a casual conversation with the manager to understand your personality, working habits and etc. Since it is the pandemic period, the interview is mostly done over video.
