Really weird interview. When I walked in for my interview it was a little bit like I was walking into a fraternity / cult with music and inspirational quotes on the wall. I almost walked out mid-interview. This company is a pyramid scheme with used car-salesman vibes.

This company seems like a pyramid scheme 100% Interviewer was very rude, made fun of me to my face, it seemed like interviewing me was a chore and I was wasting her time, but the weird thing about the process was that even though she clearly did not like me, she still offered me the job on the spot, it seems like they are desperate to have people work for them.

Interview
I was impressed by Evolve Marketing's warmth and professionalism, from the owner/president to all the others with whom I interacted. The interview process started with speaking with Todd, the owner, and then proceeded to the functional managers.
