A thorough interview process that deep dives into your sales background, quota + attainment, sales cycle lengths, entrepreneurial spirit/ disposition, and thought processing. Beyond this, you will meet with various managers who will assess you for culture fit (they like hungry go-getters and people-persons who aren't afraid to pick up the phone)

Met with a recruiter, then with a sales person from inside the organization. 3rd round is with another person on the team. overall not a hard interview, but definitely looking for someone with a knack for selling.
