The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ever Forward Marketing (Allentown, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I heard about the company from a friend and applied online. I was contacted shortly after by a helpful HR representative. She answered all my questions and was able to set me up with an interview with Todd, the hiring manager.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ever Forward Marketing (Center Valley, PA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview lasted no more than 5 minutes. This company hasn't been around for very long, so I was already hesitant. Everyone there is extremely young. The working hours are a huge turn off. It was a full time position, 6 days a week 1130-7pm and they were not flexible. I immediately said I was looking for a 8 or 9 to 5. The interview ended at that point. I wasn't even told what the position would entail. Interview was a waste of my time.
Hello,
We appreicate your feedback and would like to apologize for the way the interview went for you. We will look into the problem and fix what we did wrong. Thank you for coming in.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ever Forward Marketing in Jul 2019
Interview
First interview is not that long. They will ask you what you are currently doing and why you are seeking a new position. They will ask you why you are interested in sales and marketing and if you have ever had a sales job before. They tell you about what the company does and why they do it and ask if it is something you could see yourself doing. They break down the schedule and ask for soonest available start date.
In the second interview they ask more questions about what motivates you and what you are looking to get out of a new job. They asked me how I handled rejection and failure because in sales , not everyone is going to crush it off the bat. They go over pay and the growth opportunity as well and answer any questions you might have.
Job was offered to me later that day via phone call.
